BIP Capital, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company(“BIP Capital”) was founded in January 2018 by Mark A. Buffington. Prior to founding BIP Capital, Mr. Buffington, along with others, managed certain investment vehicles through BIP Capital Management Services, LLC and other affiliated entities that collectively operated under the “BIP Capital” name (the “Prior BIP Entities” and together with, BIP Capital, collectively the “BIP Affiliates”). Information contained on this website (bipcapital.com) and the social media accounts controlled by BIP Capital (e.g., X (formerly known as Twitter) and LinkedIn) (collectively the “Web Content”) that is dated prior to January 2018 relates to the Prior BIP Entities and not to BIP Capital. During the period of 2021 to 2023, BIP Capital also operated certain venture capital activities under the name Panoramic Ventures (“Panoramic”).  References to“BIP”, “BIP Ventures”, or “Panoramic” in any Web Content refers collectively to activities conducted by BIP Capital and other BIP Affiliates.
