R.T. Wyatt
Principal
R.T. Wyatt is a Principal on BIP Capital's investment team, where he sources, underwrites, and supports investments across private equity and growth strategies. His work combines hands-on deal execution with active portfolio engagement — including board-level involvement with portfolio companies Mediafly and Peregrine Health.

At Deloitte, he advised founder-owned businesses across sell-side M&A and debt recapitalizations — developing early fluency in transaction structuring, business valuation, and the dynamics of closely held companies across consumer, technology, and financial services sectors. R.T. works at the intersection of deal origination, institutional capital formation, and sector-specific value creation — engaging endowments, foundations, pension plans, OCIOs, and family offices evaluating differentiated private equity exposure in financial services.
R.T. earned a BBA in Finance from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, reading books, traveling, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
